Grant Thoele joined Aspen Aerogels in August 2021 and serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Mr. Thoele was Chief of Staff to the CEO and led strategy, FP&A, and commercial finance activities as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Finance. Prior to joining Aspen Aerogels, Mr. Thoele was a Vice President at Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on media and technology sectors, led FP&A at Learfield Sports, a market leader in the college sports media industry, and began his career in public accounting at KPMG, LLP. Mr. Thoele received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
